1. Data controller

2. What data we process through this website

This is a presentation website. We have deliberately built it without any measurement, advertising or profiling tools, and it pulls in no external scripts, fonts or embeds. In practice we only ever handle:

• Correspondence data — if you write to us (e.g. by email or by booking a demo): your name, email address, the company you represent and the content of your message.
• Technical/server-log data — your hosting/connection data (such as IP address and request metadata) may be processed by our hosting provider for the secure and correct operation of the website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to enquiries and ongoing business communication — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest).
• Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and performing a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Ensuring the security and technical operation of the website — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Complying with legal obligations (e.g. accounting) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the matter and our related legitimate interest, and accounting documentation for the period required by law.

5. Recipients

Your data may be made available to providers supporting our operations (IT, hosting, email) acting as processors under data-processing agreements, and to public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party marketing.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

We process data within the European Economic Area. Should any transfer outside the EEA occur, it will be based on appropriate safeguards permitted by the GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data and to its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, and the right to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. 8. ClimaServ application

Processing of personal data within the ClimaServ application supplied to clients (e.g. data of clients' customers, technicians or contacts) is governed by a separate data-processing agreement concluded with each client, in which the client is the controller and ADBAITPROMO Sp. z o.o. acts as processor. This policy concerns only this website.

Cookies

Short version: there are none. This site writes nothing to your browser — no cookies, no local storage, no session identifiers — and there are no measurement, advertising or fingerprinting tools behind it.

Because nothing is saved on your device, there is no consent box to click through and no settings to manage. The brief note you may see on a first visit just says this, and it leaves no trace once you close it.

1. Operator

The website is operated by ADBAITPROMO Sp. z o.o., ul. Wrocławska 10, 46-073 Opole, KRS 0001243877, NIP 7543389626. These terms are provided in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.

2. Scope

The website provides information about the company and the ClimaServ product and a channel to contact us. No sale of goods or services and no payment is concluded through the website; the site is not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

3. Electronic services

The free electronic services available are: access to the website content and the contact channel (email / demo request). A contract for the provision of these electronic services is concluded when you start using the site and terminates when you stop using it.

4. Technical requirements

Use of the website requires a device with internet access and a current version of a web browser with JavaScript enabled. The user must not supply unlawful content.

5. Intellectual property

The website's content, layout, trademarks and the ClimaServ software are protected by law and belong to ADBAITPROMO Sp. z o.o. or its licensors. They may not be copied or reused without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

6. Complaints

Complaints concerning the electronic services may be sent to it@adbaitpromo.com. We will respond within 14 days.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Matters not regulated here are governed by generally applicable Polish law.

Accessibility

We want anyone to be able to read and use adbaitpromo.com. Our working target is WCAG 2.1 at level AA, and we keep the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) in view as the site evolves.

How we approach it

In practice that means meaningful markup and a sensible heading order, text and background colours checked for contrast, full keyboard operation with a visible focus ring, a layout that reflows on any screen and survives browser zoom, and nothing that flashes or plays by itself.

Where we still fall short

The interface previews are vector graphics; each one carries a text label, and the copy beside it explains what it shows. Sharpening those descriptions is on our list.
